Job Summary
GDPR Expert to join the Personal Data Protection Department. Responsibilities include supporting the Group Data Protection Officer, advising on GDPR and data protection matters, monitoring GDPR compliance, guiding business stakeholders on data protection risks and DPIAs, handling data subject requests and data breaches, reviewing products/contracts from a data protection perspective, developing internal policies and documentation, delivering GDPR training, and supporting audits and investigations. Requires a Master’s degree in Law, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of GDPR, privacy-by-design concepts, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Fluency in English and proficient MS 365 usage are expected; role located in Sofia with hybrid remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in GDPR, Data Protection, Compliance, Legal, or related role
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, data protection legislation, and regulatory expectations
- Experience in conducting privacy impact assessments, handling data subject requests, and managing regulatory interactions
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Excellent computer and Microsoft 365 office literacy
