Job Summary
Manage nursing care and services for a specified patient group by performing professional judgment assessments, observations, and nursing actions tailored to identified needs. Comply with all safety and infection control standards while participating in quality assessment and continuous improvement activities. Direct and coordinate the work of professional and ancillary personnel providing nursing care under the direct supervision of a Manager. Work a 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. schedule every third weekend in a 72-for-80 arrangement. Adhere to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior in a courteous, customer-focused manner.
