Job Summary
Support Analyst for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, focusing on incident analysis, root-cause identification, and reliable issue resolution within an ITIL-aligned framework. Build knowledge on SAP Standard and Clean Core principles while handling SAP S/4HANA SD process areas (Sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, output) and integration with MM, FI/CO, TM. Responsibilities include structured problem analysis, ticket documentation, escalation, and ongoing learning of SAP logs, ABAP traces, CPI flows, APIs, and Kafka integration; role located in Hyderabad, India with permanent/full-time engagement.
Required Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA SD / Order-to-Cash
- ITIL-aligned incident handling

- experience with SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, TM) and basic understanding of EDI flows
- exposure to CPI, API, Kafka
