Job Summary
Conduct external audit engagements for various clients, managing budget resourcing, billing, collections, and progress against timelines while overseeing planning, execution, and completion stages. Supervise the engagement team by allocating resources, performing continuous reviews against standards, and mentoring associates on career development. Build client relationships, drive the client experience, and maintain knowledge of accounting literature trends and technical issues. Lead performance management processes, provide continuous feedback, and participate in firm strategic initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs. Enhance service delivery through innovative solutions and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of accounting literature trends and technical issues relevant to the client's industry
- Knowledge of and utilization of KPMGs Audit Methodology
- Ability to manage budget resourcing strategy, billing, and collections
- Ability to monitor performance against standards
- Ability to lead and coach ACH Senior Associate professionals
- Ability to lead overall performance development and feedback process at team level and at overall GDC level
- Ability to take steps to inculcate the GDC Culture
- Ability to support business and industry specific knowledge development initiatives at GDC
- Ability to lead or participate in firm's strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
- Ability to improve operational effectiveness through measures of improving people utilization and generating efficiencies
