Mentor ACH Senior Associate professionals on career advancement, provide continuous feedback, and set the culture for the engagement team. Build client relationships, drive the client experience, and utilize KPMG's Audit Methodology to provide innovative solutions and enhance service delivery efficiency. Lead overall performance development processes at team and firm levels while participating in strategic initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs.
