Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients, managing their value to the organization while reviewing new accounts against acceptance policies. Provide responsive service aligned with client needs, resolve operational challenges, and coordinate unit-wide process improvements. Collaborate with business development staff on new client conversations and mitigate identified business risks. May manage staff, hire new hires, and train teams to meet revenue and new business goals. Requires three days per week in-office attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments
- Thorough knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations
- Basic knowledge of the applicable trust line of business, its products, processes, and related bank and regulatory regulations
- Ability to develop new business
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate quickly with clients to resolve client issues and disputes
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
