Job Summary
Validate Master Maintenance Data File (MMDF) records in GCSS-Army to ensure accurate equipment accountability across U.S. Army Reserve Medical Command units. Guide personnel on correct data entry, work order tracking, and property book corrections while extracting MAT-SIT reports to streamline inventory visibility. Configure maintenance support pathways and monitor operator-level data processes, including man-hour accountability and Class VIII repair parts ordering. Deliver end-user training on equipment tracking and revised STAMIS procedures, then identify complex data anomalies to author comprehensive After-Action Reports for leadership. This role supports the 807th Medical Command's mission-critical logistical and technical operations within Salt Lake City, UT, requiring up to 50% travel across the Continental United States.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- At least 2 years of operator-level experience in GCSS-Army focusing on data validation, work order tracking, and property book reconciliation
- 1 year of recent experience with USAR STAMIS processes
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Basic foundational math
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- 3+ years of experience in an Army Medical Maintenance work environment
- 2+ years of operator-level experience in GCSS-Army
- 1 year of recent USAR STAMIS experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical, analytical, or business discipline
- Equivalent military/operational experience in lieu of degree
- Prior U.S. Military experience
- Direct familiarity with U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) organizational procedures
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an Army Medical Maintenance work environment, processing medical data
