Job Summary
GCP Data Architect (Manager) role within PwC Acceleration Centers in Bangalore, India. Hands-on data engineering leadership focused on designing and implementing scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud-native data platforms on Google Cloud. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines, Source-to-Target Mapping with data lineage, dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake), end-to-end solutioning for client use cases, contributing to proposals, and driving CI/CD for data workflows. The role requires strong experience with BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Airflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage/BigLake, ETL/ELT patterns, SQL, and at least one programming language (Python/Java); familiarity with GCP IAM, security, networking, Terraform/IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
