Job Summary
Lead end-to-end transition waves for Finance & Procurement within GCM, owning design validation, wave sequencing, and stakeholder coordination to ensure functional readiness, go-live and stabilization. Drive knowledge transfer, ramp-up, and stabilization phases; manage governance, stage-gate criteria, and relationships with BU/BF stakeholders. Bring 8+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programs, with strong cross-functional leadership, financial acumen, and ability to deliver complex transitions within global organizations. Fluent in English with demonstrated stakeholder management in matrixed environments. Bachelor's degree required.
