Job Summary
Manages client relationships and administration of Global Capital Markets accounts, ensuring operational activities comply with guidelines and delivering exceptional service. Collaborates with internal and external service partners to navigate risks and facilitate transactions, while also identifying opportunities for revenue increases and improving client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets
- In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets
- High level of proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software
- Prior experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents
- Prior experience calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
- Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification
- Working knowledge of pertinent specialized internal software applications
- Managerial or leadership experience
- Demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects
