GCM Relationship Manager I - M&A

Manages client relationships and daily administration of Global Capital Markets accounts of simple to moderate intricacy, complexity and risk, serving as the main point of contact with clients and service partners to support strategy, compliance and earnings growth. Responsibilities include monitoring administrative systems, reviewing and commenting on operative documents, coordinating risk and regulatory compliance activities, resolving issues related to control and service aspects, coordinating with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions, handling fee billing and reporting, supporting sales calls and fee proposals, managing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing coverage to other Relationship Managers as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree + 1 year related experience or 5 years combined education/work with 1 year related experience; strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills.
