Job Summary
Oversee client relationships and administrative servicing for Global Capital Markets trust and entity administration, supporting high net-worth private and institutional clients. Serve as primary contact for daily administration, processing related transactions (cash disbursements, trades, account balances, new accounts, discretionary distributions, and trust terminations), and assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities. Maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards, manage risk escalation, collaborate with internal/external service partners, and stay current on industry developments. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, trusted client relationships, and the ability to support a team in delivering high-caliber service.
Required Qualifications
- Combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience with direct client contact
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting and a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience with direct client contact
- CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities
