Job Summary
Provide customer service in an ice center environment; operate skate rental and basic POS desk; distribute rental skates for classes and public sessions; process payments and maintain a balanced register; set up and take down bumper cars; skate guarding and safety enforcement; assist with birthday parties and room rentals; greet customers and guide facility layout/schedule; support rentals and unlock reserved rooms; monitor safety guidelines and perform light maintenance when needed.
Required Qualifications
- experience in customer service or ice operations or programming
- knowledge of ice programming or operations
- must be at least 16 years old
