GCC Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune as a strategic partner to the extended leadership team, generating insights for operational improvement across HR, Finance, and Operations. Collaborate with site leaders and management to drive continuous efficiency, support business continuity planning, and ensure compliance with local and global regulations. Generate GCC reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making while acting as the voice of the GCC at external industry forums. Manage local management guidance for teams reporting directly to HQ, uphold site security and policy perspectives, and promote a positive work culture. Work during shift timings of 13:00-22:00 IST.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- 15 years of people management experience
- Proven experience in a GCC operations role
- Experience working in highly matrixed organization
- Sound knowledge of GCC operations areas, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Familiarity with GCC best practices, policies, and procedures
- Nuances of developing local culture aligned with HQ ethics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Shift timings: 13:00 -22:00 IST
