Job Summary
GC Engagement Specialist to onboard and train GC Project Managers on efficiently, guide early usage and deliver fast wins, transition into light AE-style check-ins after onboarding, coordinate internally with the DIA team, act as a subject-matter expert for product and engineering teams, maintain tight communication to make PMs successful fast, coordinate drawings/specs/RFIs, understand sequencing and deadlines, run onboarding sessions and teach efficient workflows, conduct light ongoing check-ins, monitor account health and satisfaction, identify opportunities for multi-project expansion, translate PM updates into DIA tasks, share field insights with product development, and represent the GC PM workflow in internal discussions.
