Job Summary
GBS Process Improvement & Analytics Lead accountable for designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized CI and performance management capability across GBS S2P. Leads Lean Daily Management, analytics, process redesign, and automation enablement; owns improvement methodology, cadence, and analytics framework; partners with GBS Functional Leads, GPOs, and Enablement teams; drives data-driven decision making, KPI development, and continuous improvement across procurement to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience; emphasizesAutomation opportunities, AI-enabled analytics, standard work, and sustaining improvements through governance and cross-functional collaboration across global locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, process improvement, operational excellence, and analytics
- Experience with GBS, Shared Services, or large-scale operations
- Experience leading enterprise or multi-function improvement portfolios
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, process improvement, analytics
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and agile improvement practices
- Experience with analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and data-driven performance management
- Experience leading enterprise or multi-function improvement portfolios
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
