Job Summary
GBI DCom Media Manager responsible for delivering digital commerce media objectives across paid search and programmatic lower-funnel activities, owning KPI performance (CPCs, SOV%, CPMs, NTB) and ensuring alignment with Haleon’s eCommerce objectives. Role includes budget ownership and planning, coordinating with the DComm agency and brand/trade teams, managing investment targets and ROI, preparing internal/external presentations for stakeholders, and driving shopper activation. Collaborative responsibilities encompass cross-functional engagement with shopper and sales teams to optimize grocery execution, sharing best practices, upskilling teams, and delivering data-driven insights to justify category-leading projects and campaigns.
