Job Summary
Adjunct teaching position for Welding Technologies (WELD100G) at Great Bay Community College for Fall 2026. The instructor will prepare and teach a 16-week course and may teach in classroom or online settings. Compensation ranges per contact hour ($850-$1000) and is determined by adjunct rank based on education and teaching/industry experience. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree or Welding Certificate, 5 years of welding experience across major processes (Oxy-Fuel, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, Flux Core, Aluminum), knowledge of code welding procedures, the ability to read blueprints with strong math skills, fabrication/equipment/tool experience, leadership and safety focus, and computer literacy. Locations include Great Bay Community College, Portsmouth Campus. This role supports residency within New England states (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI).
Required Qualifications
