Job Summary
Serves drinks to guests in compliance with all company and health department standards. Processes transactions according to company procedures while demonstrating knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, glassware, pricing, and garnishes. Performs side work including retrieving glasses and other duties as needed. Must be 21 or older, communicate effectively, and obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
