Job Summary
Lead site operations to ensure staff executes service agreements at client standards and maximize profitability through superior client service and prompt follow-up. Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support operational demands, while managing revenue, expenses, and budget constraints. Train, develop, and motivate employees to peak performance, overseeing financial aspects including purchasing, budget preparation, and financial reporting. Execute applicable KPIs per company standard, including "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook." Requires on-site attendance and minimum seven years related experience. Salary range is USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually. Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum seven years related experience
- Minimum six years industry experience
- Minimum five years supervisory experience
- Computer Literate
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate proficiency in internet
- Intermediate proficiency in web based software applications
- Intermediate proficiency in job specific software applications
- Close vision

- Professional certification
