Job Summary
Read order information and work instructions, then verify that incoming and outgoing orders are correct and that pallets match High Jump reports. Identify and correct problem scans, research errors with orders or boxes, and isolate issues to communicate resolutions. Assist with material handling, stocking, and packing as needed while practicing 5S and safety protocols. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, standing for long periods and occasionally lifting 40 pounds. Ensure all distribution steps are followed to keep orders moving through the system physically and systematically.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED diploma
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform work per instructions and within reasonable time
- One year distribution center or quality experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while inspecting tools
- Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend and stoop
