Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages accurately while assisting with guest needs and packaging takeout orders. Clear and reset tables within three minutes of guest departure, maintaining awareness of the dining room to proactively assist where needed. Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining rooms clean and organized by polishing silverware, restocking glassware, and removing trash. Memorize table and seat numbers, learn menu details and allergen protocols, and communicate guest concerns clearly to team leads. Assist FOH staff during high-volume periods and help with opening and closing duties including setting and resetting the dining room. This entry-level role supports the garden-to-table dining experience at Gatehouse, part of the URBN family.
