Job Summary
Conduct fan security screening before and during baseball games and events at American Family Field. Operate walk-through and handheld metal detectors while performing bag screenings to identify prohibited items. Greet and monitor fans entering the screening area with a positive attitude to ensure a pleasant experience. Process credentials for media members and guests at dock entrances and monitor social media software in the command center. Work five-hour shifts arriving two hours prior to game time, with availability required for weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and special events like concerts. Submit availability and complete training via computer or mobile programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be available to attend training sessions, stadium tours and other events, as necessary, prior to beginning of the baseball season
- Must be available to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during baseball season
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand throughout five (5) hour shift
- Willing to learn and use programs on your computer and/or mobile phone to submit availability and complete necessary employment training
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with crowd control at a major sports venue preferred
- Background or training in criminal justice a plus
