Gate Keeper

Greet visitors, contractors, and truck drivers while verifying identification and scheduling before granting facility access. Create badges, maintain accurate entry/exit logs, and notify the Shipping Department of all deliveries and pickups. Coordinate with Operations personnel regarding driver arrivals, direct vehicles to loading or staging areas, and monitor gate activity to ensure only authorized personnel enter. Answer phone calls and provide route inquiries as needed. Follow all safety policies, security procedures, and facility rules. Maintain regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
