Job Summary
The Gate Host Supervisor leads, schedules, and trains a team of gate host associates while ensuring proper control of gate access for residents, guests, and vendors to the resort community. Responsibilities include checking guests in based on established procedures, promoting community activities, answering guest questions, and activating emergency procedures when necessary. The role requires maintaining reliable logs and records. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have relevant experience or training. English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of gate pass systems is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and speak English

- Knowledge of Gate Pass Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
