Job Summary
The Gate Attendant provides evening and weekend support to owners and guests, ensuring security and customer service at the property entrance. Requires high school diploma and two years in customer service, with a focus on hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years Customer Service/Hospitality work experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of timeshare and/or hospitality operations
- Knowledge of the Greater Williamsburg area
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Office products
- Basic knowledge of safety and security principles and practices
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Ability to work alone, responsibly, and without supervision
Desired Qualifications
