Gate Attendant/Scale Operator-Rotating Shift Covering Multiple Locations

Monitor and record waste volumes entering the post collection site, collecting usage fees and providing receipts to customers. Determine material content to properly bill, accept or reject waste loads based on content and training, and balance daily receipts for accurate recordkeeping. Document waste entering the facility using truck scales and computer systems, notify operations of special loads, and process required paperwork. Answer the telephone for general information and maintain work area cleanliness. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
