Job Summary
Gate Attendant responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience at a gated residential/property setting. Verifies credentials of visitors and staff from a guard house, utilizes CCTV and mobile apps, maintains a professional appearance, and supports guest relations across all shifts. Roles offered as Full-time or Part-time, in Dallas, TX; requires ability to work varying shifts, pass a background check and drug test, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable work history with experience in customer service or security preferred
- Ability to speak, read and write fluent English
- Basic computer skills (CCTV, email & Mobile Apps)
- Availability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Prepared to stand throughout shift
- Have reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license
- No Class A, or B misdemeanors in the last ten years
- Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
- At least 21 years of age
