Gate Attendant

Control all auction vehicle traffic entering and exiting the lot, verify vehicle documentation, and accurately log incoming and outgoing vehicles using internal systems. Conduct visual inspections for damage, note discrepancies, and ensure only authorized personnel access the facility. Provide directions to customers and drivers, communicate with internal departments regarding vehicle movement, and maintain gate area organization and safety standards. Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations to management. This role plays a critical part in inventory control, customer service, and overall operational efficiency. You will need to read, write, speak, and understand English, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in security, logistics, automotive, or customer service is a plus.
