Job Summary
Check daily tasks and schedules, greet visitors, and process reservations via mail or phone. Assist colleagues in serving meals, cleaning the restaurant, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and restocking supplies. Set up meeting rooms with equipment and organize events such as birthdays or condolences. This role requires MBO-2 level hospitality knowledge, HACCP certification, and experience in cleaning, administration, and kitchen operations. Flexible hours may be needed for evening events. Waardeburgh offers a warm, informal environment with opportunities for development within the elderly care sector.
Required Qualifications
- Je weet alles over horeca en gastvrijheid, op MBO-2 niveau.
- Je hebt genoeg kennis en ervaring met schoonmaken, administratie en werken in een restaurant en/of keuken.
- Je weet wat HACCP betekent.
- Je weet genoeg over keukenhygiëne, portioneren en serveren
- Je hebt een diploma sociale hygiëne of je wilt dit diploma halen
- Je bent flexibel.
