Gastroenterology Section Chief - Riverside University Health System

Lead the leadership, management, and administration of the GI Division at Riverside University Health System across endoscopy services, outpatient and inpatient clinical activities, teaching, and research. Manage inpatient coverage while overseeing outpatient endoscopy and clinic operations, with all facilities located on-site to eliminate commute. Collaborate with the Head of GI at Loma Linda University Health to align with university goals, actively teach fellows, residents, and students, and maintain a balance of clinical duties within a team of three physicians and four advanced practice providers. Utilize established capabilities including POEM, ESD, and EUS/ERCP scopes, with onsite research assistance and dedicated anesthesia coverage available. Spend most time at the RUHS location, supporting a mission focused on patient care and education for the underserved.
