Conduct comprehensive gastroenterology patient care within a busy, collegial private group on the West Coast of Florida. Manage ambulatory surgery center operations attached to the clinic and coordinate with a single hospital partner. Serve as an associate physician on a base salary with a productivity bonus, transitioning to a partner role after twelve months and achieving 60% of median WRVU totals. Upon promotion, receive full equity split with ancillary partners in radiology, pathology, pharmacy, and infusions with no buy-in, and potentially purchase ASC shares for ancillary income.
