Job Summary
Conduct daily gastroenterology hospitalist services in a 235-bed facility, including patient rounding, consultations, and required procedures such as colonoscopy, UGE, EUS, and ERCP. Manage admissions and provide on-call coverage during work weeks, with flexibility to maintain an independent practice on off days. See 25-35 patients daily, supported by one nurse practitioner from Monday through Friday. The role includes 7 days on, 7 days off rotation with no required overnight sleep at the hospital.
