Job Summary
Board-certified or board-eligible general gastroenterologist sought to join Cape Cod Healthcare’s Gastroenterology department in a hospital-employed, collegial group. The role emphasizes a flexible schedule in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center, with 14-16 procedures per day and a hospitalist program to cover hospitalized patients. Includes an attractive compensation package ($550K base with total comp up to $750K), a $50K signing bonus, 8 weeks of PTO, and a 1:6 call schedule. Required Qualifications
- Board certified or Board eligible in Gastroenterology
- General gastroenterology practice
- Experience with or willingness to perform advanced procedures a plus but not required
- Hospital-employed group
- Ambulatory surgical center experience a plus
- Flexible schedule
- PTO 8 weeks
- Call 1:6
