Job Summary
Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions with HCPs and office staff across assigned accounts. Build strong, compliant relationships and deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate product use. Leverage product and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support patient access by providing information on reimbursement, hubs, and co-pay resources. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and advance business objectives while using digital tools to plan and optimize territory activities. This field-based role resides within the Jacksonville, FL territory, requiring travel to all accounts and overnight stays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following: Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing
- Aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience
- Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- No DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in Gastroenterology, immunology, or inflammation
- Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement and distribution process
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
- Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking
- Strong digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams) and comfort in hybrid selling models
