Job Summary
Perform the full spectrum of gastroenterology tests and procedures, including ERCP and EUS, within an established group of five physicians and three advanced practice clinicians. Teach and mentor residents and medical students with an educational focus. Maintain a call rotation guaranteed to be no more frequent than 1:4. Utilize the instant referral base of over 300 Network Clinicians and work within the EMR-EPIC system. Join Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University in central New York.
Required Qualifications
- MD, DO or MBBS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- New York State Licensure
- Fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
- Expected to perform the full spectrum of gastroenterology tests and procedures in addition to ERCP and EUS
- Educational focus - teach and mentor residents and medical students
- Call guaranteed to be no more frequent than 1:4
- Strong interest in clinical G.I. and liver disease
- EMR-EPIC
