Job Summary
Lead the gastroenterology team by providing specialized care for patients with digestive system disorders and performing special procedures as privileged. Supervise fellows, staff, and residents while actively participating in their training and teaching. Drive research initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, ensuring the implementation of advanced gastroenterology services and protocols. Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed. Maintain adherence to all hospital-related policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing
- Completion of required period of training in gastroenterology & Hepatology
- American Board / FRCS -Irish, UK, Canadian, New Zealand or Australian
- Diploma d'Études Spécialisées (DES) / CIS French Board
- Facharzt & Sub - Board / Fellowship with Experience as per Job Description
- post Board / Fellowship, CCT, CCST UK Certificate of
- Completion of Specialist Training (UK)
- Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must
- Dataflow is a must
- Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in gastroenterology & Hepatology
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council
- Proficiency in English
- Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct
