Gastroenterology APP - Castle Rock, CO

Gastroenterology APP at AdventHealth Castle Rock provides comprehensive GI care and education to patients and families across inpatient, operative, and outpatient settings, collaborating as a key member of the GI team. Responsibilities include performing clinical examinations for outpatient visits, ordering and interpreting tests, educating patients/families about health problems and treatment plans, writing orders and prescriptions, making referrals as indicated, and coordinating the multidisciplinary plan of care with other APPs and physicians. The role requires maintaining patient charts and records, adapting to changing technologies and policies, and contributing to the department’s mission. Qualifications include Master’s Degree, active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure (Colorado), BLS, and NCCPA certification; 2+ years GI experience preferred, with new graduates considered for recent GI fellowship completion.
