Job Summary
Conduct gastroenterology consultations, manage endoscopic procedures, and perform diagnostic imaging with a focus on procedural safety and patient care. Maintain accurate records in electronic medical systems while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations. Work flexible hours including on-call rotations as required. Requires an MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology and valid medical license.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology (MD/DM in Gastroenterology) or equivalent.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in gastroenterology, preferably in a hospital or specialized clinic setting.
- Proven experience in performing and managing endoscopic procedures with a strong understanding of procedural safety and patient care.
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and medical imaging tools.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations as required.
