Job Summary

Conduct gastroenterology practice with a light case load, managing patient care appointments without administrative slot restrictions. Teach and train residents and fellows, which reduces call responsibilities. Perform diagnostic work in the GI lab three to four days per week, with clinic duties on one day. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Report to Veterans Healthcare in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Required Qualifications

  • Open to US citizens, and non-citizens.
  • Must have a Medical Doctorate (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with acceptable USMLE scores.
  • Must have completed a ACGME accredited residency program, or have practiced in this specialty for at least 5 years - case logs will be required.
  • You must have at least 1 active state medical license, and all your other state medical licenses must have either be voluntarily not renewed, or in good standing.
