Job Summary
Gastroenterologist sought for a role with a dynamic balance of clinical practice, teaching, research, and administrative leadership. Involves clinical practice primarily in community settings with service weeks at UMass Memorial Medical Center campus, a clinic schedule of 2 sessions/week (1 day), a procedural schedule of 6 sessions/week (3 days), and 2 sessions/week (1 day) of academic/administrative time. Night call rotation (1:7). Epic EMR; academic appointment commensurate with experience. Opportunities to engage in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and leadership roles within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
