Job Summary
Gastroenterologist sought to join a Division of Gastroenterology with 22 faculty, 2 PhDs, 12 clinical fellows, and 10 advanced practice providers. Role blends clinical practice in community settings with weekly service weeks at UMass Memorial Medical Center campus, plus teaching, research, and administrative leadership opportunities. Clinic schedule includes 2 sessions/week (1 day) seeing ~8 patients per session; procedural schedule 6 sessions/week (3 days); academic/administrative time 2 sessions/week (1 day); and a 1:7 night call rotation. EMR: Epic. Academic appointment commensurate with experience. Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, community outreach, and leadership roles. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologists holding an MD or DO degree
- Eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure
