Job Summary
Conduct independent gastroenterology practice with strong affiliation to a local tertiary care hospital, performing endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures. Consult with patients to diagnose and treat health concerns while examining patients in clinics, hospital rounds, and surgical settings. Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to manage care within a Patient Centered Medical Home model. Leverage in-house diagnostic testing and full support teams to deliver comprehensive services across ambulatory, surgery center, and urgent care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
