Job Summary
Gastroenterologist opportunity to join Beacon Medical Group at Elkhart General Hospital and Memorial Hospital of South Bend as a full-time, BC/BE GI physician. The role focuses on general GI with ERCP/EUS preferred, connected to a state-of-the-art GI lab, with potential to perform procedures and a favorable on-call schedule (Call is 1:4). Competitive base salary with productivity incentives, a $50k sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance. Practice is supported by a large regional group with extensive resources and multiple locations, offering opportunities for subspecialty growth and academic-type engagement within a busy, integrated system. Locations include Elkhart and South Bend in north central Indiana; candidates will join a team serving the region with strong hospital and ancillary support, CME allowance, malpractice tail coverage, and comprehensive benefit offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (BC/BE)
- ERCP and EUS capability preferred
- Indiana medical license or eligibility
- Full-time physician role in a hospital-affiliated GI practice
- Experience in a busy GI lab setting preferred
