Job Summary
Gastroenterologist sought to join PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center’s GI team (4 physicians and 2 APCs) in a newly remodeling clinic and endoscopy center on the hospital campus. The role features outpatient endoscopy with dedicated staff and block time at the hospital; ERCP is desired but not required. Typical schedule includes 16-18 patients per day and 1.5–2 days of clinic weekly, with call shared among PeaceHealth physicians and local GI support. The opportunity offers a salary guarantee with earnings potential over $700k, relocation assistance, educational loan reimbursement, multiple retirement plans, CME and clinician-wellness programs, and access to DAX ambient scribe technology to aid ambulatory notes.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Washington state
- Experience with outpatient endoscopy and hospital call structure preferred
