Job Summary
Gastroenterologist to join PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center’s GI team (4 physicians and 2 APCs) in a newly remodeling clinic and endoscopy center on the hospital campus. Collaborative team environment emphasizing work-life balance; ERCP desired but not required. Practice features include a majority of procedural cases in an outpatient endoscopy center with dedicated endoscopy staff, hospital block time, 16-18 patients per day, and shared call with local GI group. New Olympus scopes and scope washers; comprehensive clinician wellness and development programs; DAX ambient scribe to assist with ambulatory notes. Compensation includes a salary guarantee with earning potential above $700,000, relocation assistance, loan repayment options, multiple health/retirement benefits, and CME opportunities. The role is based in Bellingham, WA, within a 265-bed Level II trauma center, serving Whatcom County and surrounding communities.
