Job Summary
Gastroenterologist needed for locum tenens coverage at a Level I trauma center in Lakewood, CO with additional assignment in Hartsel, CO. The clinician will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services during day shifts and handle call responsibilities. Procedures include scoping, ERCP, EUS, and endoscopy; manage GI bleed cases and GI evaluations. Board-certified gastroenterology physician with MD is required; assignment spans inpatient and clinic settings with coordination with hospital staff. Required Qualifications
- Board certification in gastroenterology
- MD degree or equivalent (medical degree)
- Experience performing GI procedures including ERCP, EUS, endoscopy
- Inpatient and clinic gastroenterology coverage
