Job Summary
Gastroenterologist locum tenens coverage in MS with 24-hour shifts, providing inpatient and outpatient endoscopy including biopsy and therapeutic procedures. Procedures include upper GI endoscopy, lower GI endoscopy with polypectomy, esophageal dilatation and manometry; ERCP/EUS not required. 30-minute call response, one day orientation, travel and housing expenses prepaid, malpractice insurance provided. Assignment through Weatherby Healthcare, a charter member of NALTO, serving hospitals and clinics nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Gastroenterology board certification or eligibility
- Locum tenens credentialing
- Ability to perform upper and lower GI procedures as listed
