Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a concierge medicine model, delivering preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness planning. Perform clinical and/or procedural services based on specialty and preference while developing long-term, trusted relationships with patients. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed. Join a well-established practice in the Upper East Side with an existing panel of approximately 600 active concierge patients, offering a reduced daily volume of 6–8 patients and full clinical autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine
- active or eligible New York medical license
- DEA registration
Desired Qualifications
- Prior concierge, private practice, or outpatient experience
