Job Summary
Experienced, Board Certified Gastroenterologists are sought to join the Division of Gastroenterology in the Department of Medicine at Hackensack Meridian Health in Central New Jersey. Responsibilities include performing GI endoscopy procedures as needed, participating in specialty clinical activities, teaching medical students and Internal Medicine residents, and taking on-call assignments on weekends and holidays. Administrative duties include serving on quality/process-improvement or medical staff committees and participating in educational programs as assigned. Mentorship for scholarly activities and potential faculty appointment at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine are available. Minimum base salary is $376,443 with comprehensive benefits; additional factors may influence final compensation.
Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Fellowship Training in Gastroenterology
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Have or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License
- Valid DEA, CDS
